We appreciate your business at Pax Phyto. We are honored that you enjoy purchasing the products we manufacture. Additionally, we want your experience researching, assessing, and buying our products to be fulfilling.

Transactions at our organization are subject to terms and conditions, just like any other purchasing experience. We will keep it as brief as our lawyers will let. The most important thing to keep in mind is that by ordering from or purchasing from Pax Phyto, you consent to the terms listed below as well as our privacy statement and terms of service.

Refund Policy - the basics

Returns
After the day you received your item, you have seven days to return it. The item you're returning must be in its original packaging, complete with all of the cables, adapters, and instructions that came with it.

Refund
We will execute your refund after obtaining your returned item and examining its condition. We will start the refund process using the original payment method if the return is accepted. It will depend on the policies of your card issuer how long it takes for you to obtain the credit.

Trades
You are welcome to swap your item for a replacement if it is damaged or defective. Kindly ship the item to 45 & 47, Jalan PSK 6, Pusat Perdagangan Seri Kembangan, 43300 Seri Kembangan, Selangor and email us at paxphyto@gmail.com. Exchanges are contingent upon stock availability.

Delivery
The cost of postage for returning your goods will be at your own. The cost of shipping is not refundable. The cost of return postage will be subtracted from your refund if you are eligible for one.

Reminder for refund to be approved

Generally speaking, a refund policy is implemented when a product is unboxed in a video and a picture is taken showing the damage so that we can identify the issue and make improvements for the future production.
